So, Matt, blogger, you read the comments? I see you deleted and commented yourself. I have a few questions. When do you write the majority of the posts? Mornings? Evenings? Do you write in a word format and cut and paste, or is there a template for the blog? Do you know what you are going to write before you site down? Where do you write most of these? A coffee shop? Office? Flying? Are you able to make a living doing this? Do you take guest blogs? Just to be clear, the dog really was not killed, right? Sometimes the inside joke passes me right by.
