Anyone who has had to call an insurance company to get the OK to get any sort of test, including pregnancy here, knows how screwed up our system is. Someone answering phones in an insurance company drone network of under educated morons who have the ability to fuck with your life just because they can, must know that this is no way to run a health care system. Kudos to you for video taping an interaction. Where is this film available?
The frustration on your face is obvious. My heart goes out to you. Getting healthy should be a lot easier than endless phone calls. I am so sorry for you.
OK, how did you do that? We went to college together and you look remarkably the same. Me? I am bald, slow, sore and wrinkled. Whatever you are doing, it is working.
